Brisbane Life Festival will be held at Brisbane Christain College, Middle and Secondary Campus (2 Frewin St, Salisbury QLD) on Saturday, 6 May 2023.

Payment Details

The fair coordinator will be in touch with you to go through your needs and arrange payment.

Once contacted payments can be made online, in person or over the phone.
Payments are due Friday, 28th April 2023.

Terms and Conditions of Stall Holders

All stall holders must comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • The Festival Stalls will operate from 10am through to 3pm on Saturday, 6th May 2023. All stall holders must agree to have their stall in operation for the entirety of this time and fully operational half an hour before the gates open at 10am.

  • It is strongly recommended that stall holders arrive at the site as early as possible in order to set-up completely prior to 10am. Gates will be opened to stall holders from 7:30am to allow access to the site.

  • Stall Holders must present their Application Acceptance Notification to gain access to the site.

  • In the interest of safety, vehicles will ONLY be allowed to move around the site prior to 9:00am. Once on site they will not be permitted to drive through the site from 9:00am-3.05pm. If you require your vehicle for transport during these hours it is highly recommended you remove your vehicle from the site prior to 9:00am. If your vehicle is NOT required for your stall it must be removed from the site prior to 9:00am. All vehicles remaining on site must fit within the space you have hired (3m x 3m or 3m x 6m).

  • Surveyors of food from vans etc. must comply with State Government Health Department requirements.

  • It is the responsibility of stall holders to secure their stalls and easily removable items. Brisbane Christian College will NOT be responsible for the loss of items from stalls. 

  • It is the responsibility of the stall holder to obtain their own public liability insurance. 

  • Brisbane Christian College will provide waste receptacles for all Stall Holders, in the interest of keeping the grounds clean at all times, are requested to place any rubbish in these waste receptacles.

  • Charges for space are based on a 3m x 3m stall unless you are selling food. Your entire stall MUST fit within this space, unless you have pre-arranged extra space with Brisbane Christian College. All spaces will be marked out prior to your arrival and you will be directed to your stall on the day. 

  • Brisbane Christian College is a Christian College and we promote the Love of Jesus and Christian values and vendors are not permitted to promote interests or ideologies that differ from our beliefs and standards. We specifically ask for no toy guns or pokemon to be sold at the Fair.

  • The Festival Stalls close at 3:00pm and all stalls and vans are to remain open for business until that time.
